Learning to Fly

Wind
I'm airborne
down the street
just a black raincoat
It is windy, gusting
others resist
Garbage bins
And I are
Pushed along the road
loving it
Exhilarated by the
power of the wind
gripped by a larger will
not my limited drives
the freedom of weightlessness
no wonder Icarus so longed to fly
to escape the bonds of gravity
like a bird, to soar on the winds
not be a creature of gravity
crawling on the earth
as always

THANKS FOR THIS POEM...
It reminds me of my own recurring images of being able to fly in my dreams. In my case not always pleasant though.Anxiety provoking, sometimes, getting entangled in the old street pole wires, or loosing airborn-ness as I get closer to the sun, just like Icarus...
What do you hink is the symbolism of flying in Torah context?
mmm...worth asking the Rabbi...

Flying
Thank you for bringing beauty and appreciation to something that others can find annoying and separate. ( I like the wind too)
