Time

The year is flying quickly by
It waits for none at all
Made us of, or just left alone
Time passes by, unstoppable, unknown

Time flows through our hands as sand
Drips as fast as water
Deadlines pass, dates are known
And soon, the month has flown

It's in our hands, the choice is ours
Whether to put it to good use
To use it to the fullest or
To waste it all away

Used properly, our years and days
And minutes, seconds, too
All matter, and all count
And were productive, too

Things great and small accomplished
In some amount of time
That used productively, yielded fruit
To be enjoyed for all time

Realize that time is a treasure
Potential you hold in your hands
The power to make the world better
The choice is left up to you.
