On the Outskirts of Heaven

Sun kissed streets glowing,
leading to a majestic wall
where thousands of years unfold,
There it stands tall.

Warm limestone breathing in,
the tears
of our soft laughter.
Our pain is so real
She comforts us forever.
Crying for us, begging
Return.

These years of searching,
has led me to His throne.
To the skies, open
I am finally home.
