I am not Jewish either (on mother's side) but I LOVED the teaching which underlines this story. It is so deep. It speaks of the best of ALL people which has been so profoundly exemplified by the Jewish people throughout history. Your people have not only given the world the light of TORAH and HASHEM. You have also shown us practical demonstrations of them both in the character of the lives you lead. May the Blessing of HASHEM be upon your and yours.

The bracelet
Thank you for this touching story,I am not a Jew , but like Ruth , your People will be my People, your G-d will be my G-d.9th of Av is around the corner and again we will fast and pray. May the Lord bless Israel and all those who love Israel. I encourage all non Jews to celebrate the real festivals. Turn to Torah for ALL the instructions you'll need to find the ONE true G-D.Shema Israel

Remarkable survivor, absolutely astounding person. The image of her with the bracelet sent/sends chills down my back.

Thank you for the history and psychology lesson. Incredible.
