Fight the Darkness

Keep Rivkah's Flame Alive with the Lighting of Yours...

Some 175 innocent lives were senselessly destroyed in Mumbai. Among them, Rabbi Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg were brutally murdered while serving their Chabad House with love. The Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, taught us to defy darkness with light. The beacon of light that Rabbi and Rebbitzen Holtzberg provided will shine even brighter as their mission to spread wisdom and joy to every corner of the world is continued by all who follow in their legacy. Each of us has the power to add life to their souls by renewing our commitment to their love and kindness.

Take on the mitzvah of lighting Shabbat candles each Friday night, or commit to continue lighting the Shabbat candles, to keep Rivkah’s light aflame and illuminate the world with her trademark warmth and peace through lighting YOUR candle.

Please add your name to the list of women and girls who will be lighting Shabbat candles in memory and in honor of Rivkah Holtzberg (Rivkah bat Shimon).
