Family Parsha
Song for Parshat V'Zot HaBerachah

Lyrics:

The people had tears in their eyes
When they gathered before Moshe was to die
Moshe taught them many mitzvos
Now he gave them his brochos

You've seen how great is Hashem
Teach your children the mitzvos He gave you and them
You’ll be happy your families and friends
For all of nations Hashem loves you best

Torah tziva Lanu Moshe and we pass it on
Morashah kehillas Ya’akov from father to son
Like a chain that cannot break our mesora never ends
We feel the chain of Torah on that our lives depend

Losing Moshe caused the nation much pain
But Yehoshua wrote the next link in the chain
Moshe was gone but his word remained true
Carry on and Hashem will care for you

Torah tziva Lanu Moshe and we pass it on
Morashah kehillas Ya’akov from father to son
Like a chain that cannot break our mesora never ends
We feel the chain of Torah on that our lives depend
