Mitzvos in the Torah we must keep
Everlasting reward we are sure to reap
To live in a land of wealth that gives us joy and health
Eretz Yisroel our land Hashem blessed outstanding among the rest

We say these words of special praise
To thank Hashem for our food each day
V’achalta v’savata uverachata expresses our appreciation
Es hashem Elokecha to Hashem for all his creation

Seven kinds of fruits and food grow
In the land milk and honey flows
Having eaten of your fill you're not finished until
You thank Hashem properly for all His gifts of plenty

We say these words of special praise
To thank Hashem for our food each day
Veachalta vesavata uverachata expresses our appreciation
Es hashem Elokecha to Hashem for all his creation
