Climbing the Ladder

According to the ancient mystics, all actions of man -- indeed all workings of creation -- derive from two general forces: love and awe. More specifically, there is "lower awe", "lower love", "higher love", and "higher awe" -- in that order

Climbing the ladder...
This was an especially fine essay.
Elegant in it's simplicity and language, you convey wisdom.
Thankyou.

Which way is up?
Truly a remarkable writing.

Yanki's words are very special and are a mitzvah to us all.

Thank you Yanki for sharing such beautiful and wonderful advice, expression and teaching.

Great artcile!
I have to really express how delighted I am every time I read your articles. You take deep and sophisticated concepts that seem merely philosophically interesting, and show how real and vibrant they really are.

This article in particular permits one to attain an insight in what growth means, not because of circumstances and convenience but because of the value of whatever goal we achieve.

Thanks!

Climbing thr Ladder
It's deep and well organized within us. Yes, this is what we know and how it should be, this is what we thrive for and what we pass on to our friends, loved ones, and people we want to help. But why is it so? Why are we the climbers? Why do we assume that only up is the way to be or become?
Isn't interesting; we have a handful of talented, extraordinary people in our society and not that many who can climb...
