Multitude of Nationalities at Holiday Celebrations in Thailand
Thursday, April 23, 2009 Approximately 2,200 people attended Passover celebrations coordinated by Chabad-Lubavitch of Thailand earlier this month, with a majority of Israeli tourists going to Seders at the central Chabad House in Bangkok or the centers serving the resort destinations of Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Phuket. For the remainder of the holiday, travelers found kosher for Passover food at the Chabad House’s restaurant.
