Trumpets and Dancing Greet Princeton’s New Torah

With blaring trumpets in procession behind them, students marched through Princeton University’s gothic Blair Arch this month in celebration of a new Torah scroll donated to the Chabad-Lubavitch center serving the Ivy League campus. The festivities included a round of dancing with the Torah, which will allow Chabad-on-Campus co-directors Rabbi Eitan and Gitty Webb, to run a synagogue geared to students with little knowledge of Jewish traditions and liturgy.
