Chabad-Lubavitch centers across the globe geared up for the upcoming holiday of Purim by holding hamentashen baking events where community members could learn the time-honored techniques of making the traditional Purim pastry. A common ingredient of the food baskets exchanged among friends during the holiday, the triangle-shaped cookie with a sweet filling symbolizes the hidden nature of the Purim miracle.
