National Menorah Lit in Front of White House

U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey lit the first candle of the Chabad-Lubavitch menorah on the Ellipse in front of the White House Tuesday night in an event sponsored by American Friends of Lubavitch in Washington, D.C. The crowd of thousands was entertained by a dancing dreidel, the U.S. Marine Corps Band and rabbis dressed as Greek soldiers.
