Kansas Gov. Mark Parkinson Welcomes Chanukah Delegation

In his first official meeting with Chabad-Lubavitch representatives since assuming Kansas’ highest political office, Gov. Mark Parkinson took the occasion of Chanukah to speak about his favorable impressions of the Holy Land.
