4 meditations on the

I was able to sit calmly and comfortably in a very quiet place, knowing that the world of assiyah would not impinge on me with demands.

Oh, vey, it was like olam habah (the world to come), listening to the ideas of Rabbi Freeman, with soothing music in the background. I was grounded and very receptive, and I took a journey with him. It was so wonderful and illuminating.
