Yours or Ours
You are right. In the first verse of Sh'ma, it says that HaShem is OUR G-d. I don't remember saying "your" G-d, but if I did, perhaps I was thinking in context of the verses of the "v'ahavta" which follow the Sh'ma and which speak in the second person singular (You should love YOUR G-d with all YOUR heart, YOUR soul, YOUR might.)

YOUR GOD or OUR GOD?
Rabbi Tau,
You translated the Shema as, Hear oh Israel the Lord is ‘YOUR’ God the Lord is one. I thought it was ‘OUR’ God.
Please clarify.
