torah
I was told that the torah is the blueprint of creation and precedes Moses. It was given to Moses, but written by Hashem as his blueprint. Is there commentary or writings that I can read about this?

Question answered
I had "asked a Rabbi" if there was a translation of the Talmud in modern English, or for that matter in any language?
In answer I was made aware of your Knowledge Base and found this speaker, Rabbi Leib Schapiro.
To me this lesson says that though I might not have a Talmud in my native language, the Talmud can be comprehended in my native language.
