Jewish meditation

When will the Rabbis share the good stuff? I know they know. Why are we so jealous of our G-d?

The Power of Meditation

This was an excellent talk. Really really excellent. (Also helpful for understanding Martin Buber's book "I and Thou" but that is off subject.) A really good talk on meditation because it goes in to access to the subconscious and use of intellect to prepare for meditation which most people tend to misunderstand as being meditation. Most people really stop at those preparatory elements. So very good, excellent, Can't recommend it more.
