Transliteration: Vayehi Bimei Achashverosh Hu Achashverosh Hamolech MeHodu v’Ad Kush Sheva v’Esrim Umeah Medinah

Translation: And it came to pass in the days of Achashveirsoh - the same Achashveirsoh who ruled from Hodu to Kush, one hundred and twenty-seven provinces.
