ASPIREING JEW ON YOM KIPPUR Though I don't understand jewish language. and am a jew by descent but I've been highly motivated on this by observing the fast of yom kippur in my house because I can't attend shul service because am physically challenged and have not been able to fully convert. By listening to this spiritual readings on this site am filled with the grace of Hashem on this yom kippur. May Hashem bless Israel and bless me. Reply

Yom Kippur readings- Thank you for Posting these on line for us. May Hashem bless us all! This allows us whom are not attening synagogue to hear these.

In my case, it is since loss of Father and potential loss of mother, whom lost her hubby of over 60 years, and got very sick, plus financial worries etc. Yom Kippur has lost relevance, but it is something I will need to deal with. I feel I wish to be alone during the service part. . I listen to these online and feel as though i have attended synagogue!! Chabad has been there for me and i am appreciative of this. Next improvement for next year should be more Yom Kippur and Rhosh Hashonah prayers online, ie, mini or snap shot of service that we can subscribe to and would be sent only to Chabad subscribers. We living in west would play it obviously later than those in East. Reply
