For hundreds of years--perhaps since the beginning of Creation--a piece of the world has been waiting for your soul to purify and repair it. And you are there... now.

Shalom. Thank you for those beautiful views and words. I am planning to visit Tzfat and Meron this year and will say Torah at the last resting place of The Ari and at the tomb of Shimon Bar Yochai.

i want to take those words with me wherever i go, but i know it will be a challenge to remember them when i fall into my sick mind. however, it can take me higher when in the time of feeling truth.

Dear Rabbi Freeman, although I said it already many times how much I love this video, the pictures as well as the words. I could look at it every day. I see it is true. Every word of it and also every picture. When I think of "Chabad", what it means to me, I think of this vacation meditation. It makes me happy and content and thankful. I understand things in my life I would not be able to understand without hearing these words (and the pictures are part of it. The first picture is extraordinary beautiful and makes me feel, that I am part of G-ds creation. Very tiny in this huge universe. Allow me to thank you for all of this again. Everything belongs to it. Even the strings of the guitar and the beautiful voice, G-d gave you.

Without this wonderful film and text I would not have known its meaning. Thank you so much. I was at the Adriatic sea in Italy, and Hashem was there too.

Haven't you and I really been here forever? True, before we were zygotes, our form was more...diverse...as haploid reproductive cells carried by our parents, and we were practically in two different places at once, but it was still "us", just like everything else which eventually accumulates form into life. Before that, we were changing even more rapidly, from many different locations of various cell nutrients toward the cell. We were food. Before that we were minerals in soil, photons in light, and water in clouds, among other things...and long ago we were stardust, too. Should it really be any surprise that we have been here forever, in some form? Before, we were merely anticipated by the universe, but after all of our footsteps have fallen, are we then remembered...forever? In fact, what else do we really ever "have", ultimately, other than memory? Hope is always based on memory...quite ironically... Wow! See how inspiring you are?
