In which Tractate of the Talmud can we find the discussion between Rabbi Elazar and Rabbi Yehuda HaNassi mentioned in the lecture?

The Menorah
I wish there was a video showing the position of the Menorah in the Temple. By listening to the instruction is not very clear. As for myself, I am a visual person. I need to read and also see this kind of complicated teachings. Therefore, I am trying to visualize the position of the Menorah standing at the Temple and it is kind of difficult.
Thank you for your teachings. I am grateful.
