Herbal Remedy for Separation from Ancestors/Family
Thank you for providing an extremely enlightening audio lecture on holistic medicine & Kabbalah basics focusing on the mechanisms by which the mind-body connection is negatively effected by the disease process. I learned a great deaI from this lecture. I was particularly interested in the points made with respect to the ill effects of the generation gap on one's health. The rabbi explained that when one becomes isolated and separated from their ancestors they will become ill. Unfortunately, I have no relationship with any of my family members; and, therefore, experience the ill effects of being separate from my ancestors. The rabbi mentioned the existence of an herb (one which was the most commonly used by the American Indians) that one can use in an effort to "reconnect" oneself with one's ancestors if one cannot otherwise establish such a connection. What is the name of this herbal remedy?
