Its a Wonderful Life There's an old movie with James Stewart called It's a Wonderful Life. In it he dies when he commits suicide. But an angel, allows him to see his life if he had never been born. I wonder if Frank Capra, who directed and wrote this film, had a near death experience or heard of one, because it sounds so much like what you are speaking about when we have a life review after we die, and see how we affected the future by our actions. Of course at the end of the movie, James Stewart is given his life back and he is so happy just to be alive that all his depression was gone and he could finally see how many people he made prosper and thrive.
