Technology awareness expert, Philip Rosenthal, has been involved in the High-Tech Industry since 1979. Besides a successful Law Enforcement career, he has travelled around the world lecturing about appropriate uses of technology. Mr. Rosenthal, holds a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and is considered an expert regarding obsessive computer behaviors, computer based child abuse, online bullying, online gambling and Internet safety. He is called upon regularly for consultation with mental health care professionals, schools, lay people, and community leaders. In 2010 he created a new initiative called TechAware.
