The silent immigration
An eye opener for all Jews and others, termed as "sunday people'.
i wish ALL Jews, would immigrate to Israel and reclaim their Gd given land. It belongs to them and now they have their land. As for the Sunday people, oly Hashem knows what will happen to them... Hashem help us to know Him nd draw close to him.

I am an immigrant from rumania
i left my homeland at 15 with my folks because of antisemitism with a bottle of vodka and 70 kilos and the security man in the train. Eventually we were helped by the Jewish communities in Paris and USA and got on our feet pretty well. I never forgot where I came from and stand tall and proud for what we have achieved.

Your talk brought back many memories!!!
My parents my sister and I left Alexandria Egypt in Feb 1957, with 300 English pounds (all we were allowed to take with us) leaving behind the rest of our posetions including a cocoa factory. It took my parents many years to reestablish their lives here in Melbourne Australia.
