I really love Ms. Weisberg's talks...
Yes, Mose and Aharon counted each member of Israel as One, no more no less.
Sadly, some people view themselves as "greater" or more "powerful" than certain others. This is arrogance and misguided wrong-headedness.
On the other end of the spectrum, there are those who view themselves as unworthy of the love they rightfully deserve - from Hashem, from family, from friends, from everyone - as being somehow "less than." This too is misguided wrong-headedness.
A person should seek a balance. Every individual is neither greater nor less than anyone else. If they really think that, they need to reevaluate their lives.

This was a wonderful presentation.

Thanks.

Lovely
As a writer, this is encouraging to me. Using words to reframe a time of desolation brings new perspective to the speaker, and hope to those who listen. I'm glad I listened to you today. :)

Heartwarming ! The coach - team analogy makes your message relevant at the practical level, a hint to the spiritual level you mean to convey.

Thank you. Good Shabbos !
