Rabbi Kaplan is my favorite lecturer on this website. I absolutely enjoy every one of his talks, and find most of them meaningful and applicable to my everyday life. One day I would like him to be my Rabbi.

I was so sad this sabbat, could nothing but sleep and sleep, and could not understand why. Then, when sabbath was over, I found this teaching at chabad org, internett. To me amazing. I had never heard anything about the three sad weeks before now! This was very comforting, and this was an answer: Critism given because we are able to change! That it remindes us of our freedom, that it enables us! Thank you for sharing the words with all this love, wisdom and purety.

May G-d bless Rav Mendel's life.....

and that little heart is mine.
