Long Grain Rice

It doesn't get easier than this!

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup long-grain rice

Combine water, salt, and oil in a large microwave-safe pan. Microwave on high until water is boiling. Stir in rice. Cover and microwave on high for 15-16 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

Serves 3–4.
