You r the best speaker I've listened to on this area of life I've heard many people speak in LA. Many oldtimers many older humble legend stars. One in particular spoke so effectively that my father who is a Rabbi shook his hand and said: "that's the best sermon I've ever eard"My father comes from 13 gener. of rabbis. He has studied with the greats and he did is thesis for his Doctorate on Vatican II. This was in the late 6o's. So he's been around. that man was awesome. But u my friend are a gift for/to me and many others I am sure.
Will someone make sure y'israel gets my comment pleease forward it to him

thank you. I joined alanon a year ago, not because I have people with chemical addictions in my life but because I have several immediaye family members (ex husband, parent, child) with untreated or mistreated psychiatric illness and I found that the fallout is identical to thoes with substance abuse. the 12 steps gave me strength and tools and were so incredibly healing for me psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually. unfortunately, I stopped going to meetings and have been falling apart again. I forgot about 12-stepping and came upon ur article in my email. h"bh has sent your article at precisely the right time to help me restore my sanity and emunah/bitachon. thank you for being a tool to guide me back on the right path!
