G-d is gentle!
Very true! G-d is gentle. We must invite Him into our lives. The questions are: Where should He be exactly? How is the whole process? Only prayers and obedience to His laws will make it?

Question about #2
Are you refering to the famous teaching of the Kotzker Rebbe? If so, did you mean G-d is not there until we let him in or he will not be revealed until we let him in. I always thought it meant he there, just that to reveal his godliness we have to let him.
Either way, I appreciate that you took pains to word it very specifically.

'Bringing Heaven Down To Earth' is a great book
I recently notices how much organization and detail Rabbi Freeman put into the book- 'Bringing Heaven Down To Earth'. The book was written in the format of the calendar in that there are 365 meditations and 28 chapters.
