Residential Recovery Center Opens in Boca


Boca Raton, Fla.’s Jewish Recovery Center opened its first men-only residential house on Monday.

Directed by Chabad-Lubavitch Rabbi Meir and Frumi Kessler, the center caters to recovering drug addicts and alcoholics with its sense of community.

It offers clients a place to chat, get referrals for medical treatment, relax with a game of pool or attend an inspiring Shabbat dinner.

A residential unit for women opened two years ago also helps Jewish females in recovery transition back into society. …
