Take Notes
The best way to learn is to take notes on these audio lectures, and organizing them, studying them and then teaching them to people close to you. When you will do that, you wont just know the information, you will also understand the information.

Until your teaching have happily ignored the rabbinical admonition against mixing meat and dairy. Now staying kosher will be a bit more difficult. You have convinced me that it is Torah. A thank you and shalom, Rabbi.
