Pesach Sheni gave a second chance to offer the Passover lamb to all those that were ritually impure and unfit to offer it on Pesach: Why was this option given only to the Pesach lamb, and not other festive offerings?

Pesach Sheni
This is such a timely message. We thank G-d for your insight on the Torah. However, my question is, can this be applied to observance of the Shabbat? Let's say one misses out on observing the Shabbat due to ..., can one make up for it? Hope my question is clear.
