Mutually Exclusive

Wherever Light spreads, it does not find Darkness. For Light, Darkness does not exist.

Wherever Darkness spreads, it does not find Light. For Darkness, Light does not exist.

In the Time To Come, the two shall coincide and know one another in perfect union. At that nexus we will see He Who Created All Things.

In the meantime, we glimpse a premonition of that wonder. For this is the human being: A G‑dly soul in a material body, light and darkness face-to-face within a single being.

Mutually Exclusive

I spent Tisha B'Av at the Kotel Ha Katan (can't spell in Hebrew) and was blessed with a moment of clarity, understanding on some deep level what this may mean. I am no Torah scholar, and observe only a few mitzvot, yet I believe with all my being that the time of Moshiach is at hand. Perhaps today. Your words and this entire site have allowed that opening. Thank you.
