Inside Workers

When you look at a human being, you see his hands working, his feet walking, his mouth talking. You don't see his heart, his brain, his lungs and kidneys. They work quietly, inside. But they are the essential organs of life.

The world, too, has hands and feet -- those who are making the news and effecting change. The heart, the inner organs, they are those who work quietly from the inside, those unnoticed. Those who do a simple act of kindness without knowing its reward.

thank you
As a Catholic who is an avid reader of these messages, I want to say thank you for the changes you are quietly effecting by spreading the words of the Rebbe. These messages always make me consider ways to refine my views and introduce to me new concepts.

Blessings forever to Rebbe Schneerson and to you, Tzvi Freeman.

reward...
I would rather not know of the reward, if I did it would become the reason for me to do good. I enjoy being supprised by the what ever blessings G-d wants or doesnt want to give to me. I just relish His Presence. There is the reward.

reward?
Of course there is a reward. It is being allowed to live forever in G-ds presence. But you are right. At the very moment, I do such an act of kindness, I think only of what I am doing.
