Garlicky Pasta Salad

Garlicky Pasta Salad

  • 1 box angel hair pasta, cooked

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4-5 cloves of crushed garlic

  1. Lightly toast garlic until almost brown in olive oil.
  2. Add soy sauce into pan and immediately pour over warm pasta. You can add pepper and green onions to mixture.

This salad tastes delicious either hot or cold and for some reason, kids love it.

Garlic Pasta I use olive oil, fresh, sliced garlic and McCormick Italian Seasoning to make the sauce and I pour it over my favorite pasta.

Maybe I should use parsley to minimize the smell of garlic, because it's so strong. Reply

Combine 2 sprigs of hand crushed mint (which makes your fingers smell like toothpaste), salt, pepper, a tablespoon of olive oil and crushed rosemary if you have it in a cereal bowl.m on chicken breasts and pan sear until each side has grill marks. Serve with this salad and you've got the world's easiest dinner plan on your hands. Reply
