  • 1 pineapple, peeled and chopped into chunks
  • Allspice, lightly sprinkled
  • Ground ginger, generous sprinkling
  • Salt, couple of pinches
  • Coconut spray (optional)
  • Nonstick spray

Preheat oven to 450*F. Spray pan with nonstick spray and place pineapple in single layer. Add seasonings, spray pineapple with both sprays. Bake for a few minutes, until soft and edges start to brown.
