Cucumber Salad

Cucumber Salad



  • 6-10 cucumbers
  • 1 small onion

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar


  1. Slice cucumber and onion into very thin rounds.
  2. Prepare dressing. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Marinate cucumbers in dressing for at least 2 hours before serving, for best flavor.

this is Kosher? and how many will this Cucumber salad feed Wondering how many people this salad as listed will feed? The average eater. I am going to a potluck wedding and am to bring something. Is this a kosher food? I dont know so I need to ask Reply
