With Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that is good for preventing cancer. It is high in fiber and extremely nutritious. This makes a great main dish, especially in warm weather.
This is the a major crowd pleaser and super easy salad. It always amazed me how both kids and adults go crazy for it. Serve over basmati rice, and you're good to go!
