Past the Cosmic Machine

If the cosmos were some giant machine running a procedural program with immaculate precision, G–d’s involvement would be superfluous. But science has long abandoned a mechanical view of the universe. For most of a century, scientists have discussed the basic particles of matter and energy as ideas, without form as we know it.

True, science does not discuss G–d. But it does describe His works. In our times, science has allowed G–d back into the world He envelopes Himself within.

Caution
We have to be careful when speaking out of our areas of expertise. For example, even giant (computer) machines running procedural programs, even with immaculate precision, require (human) systems administrators. Also, I don't think that many scientists (which is what I believe was meant by "science") have abandoned mechanical, Newtonian physics; they've found that it's valid within its limits and continue to use (and develop) it within those limits, and some go beyond those limits. And perhaps a few scientists 'discuss basic particles of matter and energy as ideas, without form as we know it", but without a persuasive citation, I doubt that a significant number do.

And...
Why does G'od wishes to keep us in mistery?
Why can't we see the answer?
How to deal with the ansiety for having THE ANSWER answered? How?
Should we only enjoy His ways,no matter what?Should we learn to enjoy the way instead of the goal?
If yes, that's so difficult ...Is there a key to just relax and enjoy,no matter what?
How to strength our faith up to this point? How?How to strength our fight up to the point of seeing our day by day,our struggles, our feelings distanced from our selves in order not to deeply suffer with them or not to extract deeply wrong pleasures from them?
Is there a key,Rabbi?

Are you saying that....
It seems to me you are saying two things. First, that under the Newtonian and later the La Place model of the universe, Gd created a cosmic piece of clockwork and then went off and let it continue on its own.

Secondly, that this model has been found scientifically inadequate. The universe cannot run on its own. And this implies (although the scientists do not say so in as many words) that Gd is still here causing every single incidental item that happens in our universe, from the quarks to the stars, and certainly including us.

Is that a fairly accurate paraphrase of what you are saying heret?

Objection
The universe is not the place of Gd.

Gd is the Place of the universe.
