Being Not That

Be simple. In whatever you do, in whatever form you take, in whatever you decide you are, retain memory that you are not that.

Retain Memory..
Thank you so much for your explanation of "retain memory, that is not you" I feel suddenly "liberated" You have no idea, during the course of the day I have to be many things to many people. But what I really would like is to be what I am inside "ALL THE TIME" without measure. Thank you again, Rabbi.

Being That...For Paula
Dear Anonymous,
Thank you, but I am very young. I have been blessed with 5 grandchildren, ages range from 12-2. I will crawl about with the young ones, as with the older ones we often have books that we read together and then share comments. This does not make one young, although it helps.

Being young is the age of my heart. I was from the age of approximately 40-53, then life was young again. I am very far from stagnation/petrification. In all honesty I am about 180 degrees from the stagnation time of my life. May it never come.

Be well,

For Paula
Perhaps you need to become young again. Perhaps deciding you are "that" is the stagnation/petrification of old age.
