G‑d formed Man, but He built Woman.

She is the framework of the home in which he lives, the ground on which he builds, his walls and windows upon the world and the roof that stands over his head.

She is the crown that sets him to rule over his world. Without woman, there is no man.

All from a man's pov.
"Without womqn there is no man." So? That sounds patronizing. At best. it says, woman is not needed in and of herself. She is only needed because she is the one that brings man into the world. We men cannot exist without her...darn it. If only we could.

I can just hear the women saying Gee, thanks a lot and the same to you, boys.

The female home.
What is a woman without a man and what is a man without a woman, we wouldn't exist without one of them. I believe that G-d new what the man was missing: love and some one to share his life with him. Some one he could care for. Even so for the woman: love , care and protection.

I thought G-d made man and woman at the same time as an androgynous being and then split them into 2 equal parts. It's true that we each have beautiful gifts unique and specific to our gender, but it is clear that our civilization has created a hierarchy in which there needs to be a ruler.

I wonder if the notion of 1 ruler comes from our separation after leaving Gan Eden. Was there a ruler before that? Perhaps man and woman are still separated and we will truly come back together, when we realize our equality and rule together.

Just a thought.

Woman in the Home.
How beautiful. So nice to hear women elevated in such a way. And how humbling indeed.
