Tilapia with Vegetables


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. tilapia
  • 1 C. mushrooms
  • 1/2 C. celery
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • Oregano
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*F. Place fish topped with vegetables and seasonings in baking pan. Wrap tightly with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes.
