Escape
I live in an apartment in a bldg that is well stocked with busy-body nurses who look in on you all the time. This can get frustrating when you have been depressed and probably want to stay that way due to having a sister who has Multiple Sclerosis and is showing signs of breaking down. The activies coodinator here took me aside and told me that I needed to start my old job up of working with the Alzheimer's patients again-drawing a picture they could paint and teaching them about mixing color-. I thought about this when I read about your daily dose thus I commented. I get so involved with my sister that doing this volunteer job again will actually help me.-Thank you for writing this.
