I resemble that remark!
"Recognizing who you are and gradually cleaning up your act --it may look ugly, but it is a divine path." Sometimes I cannot be the master, for many reasons. I just let go temporarily, disengage by detachment or laughter, but try never to forget to put one foot forward. I do need a new discipline though. Thank you Rabbi

thoughts
That means that the essence of life would be learning, to guide thoughts to the right place. Isn't it?

Where your thoughts are
I love these daily meditations! I look forward to them every day. This one says it in a nutshell. You can only think one thought at time BUT you do have control over what you dwell on. don't dwell on negative thoughts even if you want to. You CAN be the master over what you choose to dwell on.

All of You
This is a very hard meditation for me because it is very very loving-it actually gives you the freedom to be you-it is the hardest one yet it is the most freeing and loving.
