Every person is a microcosm of the entire Creation. When a person brings harmony between his G-dly soul and his material life, he brings harmony between the whole of heaven and earth.

Microhealing
Do it mean, that a person brings harmony between his G-dly soul and his material life, when he obeys all 613 mizvot?
Is it a gift of heaven to find such harmony?
If not how can I find it by myself?

Perfect Balance!
Perfect balance between the material world and the spiritual world is the key. Thanks to Rabbi Tzvi Freeman for bringing such an immense wisdom.

Micro healing
Every person and thing is connected to every other person and thing in the universe. This is both on a higher and lower level. Therefore, rectification of our soul and body not only affects this world, and the upper worlds, but the entire universe. In fact, bad behavior here can destroy entire galaxies light years away.

is it that the man who does not bring harmony between whole of heaven and earth affects others by not attaining his levels? because as it was mentioned that the man is a microcosm of the entire Creation.

Deeper still...
Even as man is a microcosm of Creation, consider the reverse to be even more true. As man suffers the pain that comes in sin, all creations groans, perishing till the Ancient One redeems and restorse us and creation.
