As we commemorate the fortieth anniversary of the passing of Rebbetzin Chana Schneerson, of blessed memory, on the 6th of Tishrei 5725 (1964), it gives us great pleasure to present Rebbetzin Chana Schneerson: A Brief Biography.
This is second in a series of brief biographies of the Chabad-Lubavitch dynasty. The first, portraying Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson, was released in 2000.
This slim volume attempts to capture the remarkable legacy of Rebbetzin Chana, wife of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Schneerson, of blessed memory, and mother of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, of blessed memory. It is hoped that this book will impart some of her unique spirit and inspire us all.1
