Chocolate Covered Strawberry Centerpiece

  • 1 pound pareve semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 pints strawberries
  • 1 package long wooden skewers

Insert the skewer into the stem of the strawberry. Dip the tip into the melted chocolate and allow the strawberry to dry standing up in a styrofoam tray for 2 minutes. Place a block of styrofoam into a decorative bowl. When you insert the skewers into it make sure they radiate out from the center. Cover the top of the styrofoam. with leaves and tie ribbons around the skewers.

This is a great idea another thing to cover the styrofoam with instead of leaves is flowers matching your theme colours with the stems cut right off and laid on top of the foam.
