A true leader
I really needed to hear this today. It is such a healthy reminder of the truth about my identity in G-d. Too often we forget that only G-d is our judge, and He knows that we are not perfect in this mortal body of ours but He still chooses to use us anyway to lead and guide others. This world can be very judgemental and unforgiving, most people truly do believe that one of the qualifications of being a pastor, teacher, or leader is perfection. We "ALL" have sinned, and we "ALL" make mistakes, such is life. But it does not mean that we are no longer qualified for the task G-d has given, it just means that He obviously believes in ON THE JOB TRAINING!!!!
ON THE JOB TRAINING!!!!
