Why suppress human nature in favor of environmental nature? Are we not all part of the same ecological system?

Beautiful Piece
What a beautiful, thought-provoking piece. I love hearing about Jewish environmentalism. I also enjoyed the description in the article--it made me feel like I was there, and this increased my connection with the important message.
